missshalewaThere were few people that my made my wedding a dream come true! One of them is Mrs Torge😘😍 of @torgeevents ,mum calls her and her husband Mr and Mrs angel cos she knows exactly how much I love them ,Mrs Torge took me like her sister .. I will disturb and disturb and ask for everything in this world and she would go out of the way to get them for me wen it gets to a point she will be like "shalewa oya leave me I want to sleep " sometimes I buzz her by 1am ☺️😂😂😂. My Decor for both days were exactly wat I had always dreamed of, she did much more than I asked her , she's the best decorator ever liveth. On Friday I was so elated I was kissing 💋 her from the stage !,On Saturday my mum sneaked into the hall called me immediately and said " haaaa Shalewa ur hall looks like heaven !"😎😍. I felt like I was in dream land , all my guests were wowed and the fireworks was amazeballs! Thank you for being patient , a sister ,a good advisor and an angel 😁. God bless u abundantly .. I love u plenty @torgeevents . P.s ya decorating my brothers hall wen he wants to marry @cognonimous 😆😜😝, all we need is a girl for him .

A FAIRYTALE WEDDING DREAM COME TRUE FOR CHISOM AND CHETE




On a Tuesday morning in September 2013,we got a phone call from Mrs Carol Udokoro (Chisom"s Mum)requesting for us to schedule a meeting immediately.
We were on our way to the office so we simply just gave her the address.
We met at our office and apparently she had been told by her daughter that she wanted us to plan and do her wedding decor.
Funny enough,we did not know her and we had never spoken to her or seen before.
We went through their brief,discussing in detail the kind of event ,location,vendors,decor and all other necessary information required and when we eventually spoke to Chisom herself and we could hear and feel how excited she was to know we were not booked for her day and that we understood her theme and desires totally.

She knew what she wanted ,every single detail.She had saved hundreds of pictures and was extremely particular, she said she had always dreamed of what she wanted her wedding to be like.

The initial date for the white wedding was second Saturday in January but was latter postponed as the groom was bereaved of his father weeks before the date.
Hence another date was picked and we had to talk to all the vendors and they were all very understanding and ready to accept the date change.

Planning Chisom's wedding was so interesting as she had high hopes and expectations from the planning and most especially the decoration and she was so sure we could deliver.

She came from her base in the US to finalize details as prior to that we were always talking on the phone and exchanging loads of emails ,bbms and whatsapp msgs.


We are so happy we made her and her beau happy as their feedback after the event was awesome.She was extremely happy we made her dream come true and like she said all her wishes came true.

To Chisom and Chete ,thanks for trusting US to deliver.

TRUE LOVES WORTH FOR KUNBI AND SEGUN AT CASA LUCIO IBADAN..

Planning weddings is a huge passion for us and its always so beautiful seeing two people come together as 1 and share the promise of spending the rest of their life together.
We have witnessed countless weddings but memories of some linger than others.Why ?Because when you see two people who are TRULY and MADLY in love,you would know .

That's the case of our sweethearts,SEGUN OYEBEFUN and his delectable hearthrob KUNBI OYEBEFUN(nee LEKAN SALAMI).

We meet Kunbi some years ago through her family friend Derin Salami(nee Laoye) whose wedding we also planned and also did the decor.

Derin and Tope Salami.

So when it was time for Kunbi to get hitched ,she and Derin simply called us to once again ,to do what we know how to do best.

About the Bride: Kunbi knew what she wanted completely and despite the fact that she was the bride she just left everything to us to do on her behalf.

After getting her brief ,we went to work,part of which included going to Ibadan to source for suitable venues and meet her Mum.

Being the last daughter of Late Chief Lekan Salami,it was a wedding that was going to draw the great and notable personalities of Ibadan and it sure did.

Kunbi made us laugh so much,she was one bride that usually pinged me late at night and would call and continue gisting like it was during the day.

 We loved planning with you,we still love getting your pings even months after the wedding and we would always love you.

About the Groom: Segun;our teddybear groom.Cute and FINE,lol. Segun was always so calm and quiet during our meetings and he's  comment was always "anything she wants".And indeed Kunbi got EVERYTHING SHE WANTED AND MORE.

The Engagement was at Williamson Hall in Oluyole Estate,Ibadan

And the Wedding Reception at Casa Lusio Hall,which is one of the finest halls in the South West .

DOVES OF LOVE THEME FOR TIWALADE AND TOKUNBO.

WANDE AND FEMI;A BESPOKE WEDDING FOR A BESPOKE COUPLE.

Packing our bags ,getting ready to leave the city of Lagos to Akure and we get a phone call from our sweet delectable Wande;we could not resist her sweet and charming voice,hence we headed back to the office to see our darling bride to be,before embarking on our journey to Akure.

We first met Wande and her beau Femi;at the Wed Expo 2012 and when it was time for their wedding,we were contacted.

Theirs was a case of the groom knowing what he wanted in every single detail,while the bride was simply just looking forward to her big day.We were very happy creating their every desire for their day.

A Red Inspired Wedding Theme

When it comes to wedding’s, the Colour red means love and romance! Red is such a bold and sassy Colour and it’s always a fantastic combo with white.

So you can imagine our excitement when our gorgeous bride Oye , told us her wedding colors were red and lime green .

The entire planning process for this wedding was done over the phone so you can imagine how excited we were to meet the bride and groom when they came in from UK a week to their wedding.

The Venues

The Engagement Ceremony was at The Event Centre, Agidingbi while the Reception was at The HAVEN in Ikeja GRA.

Engagement Décor:

The engagement colours were yellow and royal blue, hence the venue was beautifully done in the day’s colours.

Reception Décor

Its not every day a groom’s dad enters the reception venue and gives the event planner/decorator a hug and a whole ton of accolades for the décor and the already set venue. So when a Senator of the Federal Republic does that you can imagine how excited and accomplished we felt.

We had decided to create a personal runway for the couple and I always can’t help it but smile whenever I see the picture of how shocked and happy she was when she entered the reception.

The fulfillment for each job is seeing the couple’s reaction and getting feedback from them, their family, vendors and friends.

Decorating the Aisle

We decided to use crystals and white props for the couple’s aisle décor.

The Wedding Cake

The wedding cake took the center stage alongside the couple! The wedding cake has evolved over the years and is almost an attraction on its own.

Music

Yemi Sax welcomed the couple into the hall with his lovely sax tunes and the couple really did groove. The guest artiste Debby Rise did an awesome performance and DJ Jimmy Jatt made the party rock all through till night. 

We really loved this romantic red wedding day theme, it was perfect for the bride who was looking for a bold colour and it came out wonderfully well!

It's just a few weeks into the year and we get a call from Abisola Saka;our gorgeous ,quiet and beautiful bride.

Her choice was the PEACOCK THEME.

Bisola's dream and vision for her wedding was so clear and real to her and as we discussed she was so excited we understood what she wanted clearly.

Her only concern was the location ;IKORODU TOWN,as she felt we might turn her down because of the distance,but we were more than happy to go and make her event another unforgettable one.

The following months were so easy as she made up her mind on her vendors,so there wasn't any back n forth,it was all a straight preparation to the wedding.

The eventful Saturday started with the engagement in the morning, the Nikkai and the reception.
